FSW Xtreme Measures 2: 3 Hour Show

Event Description
Future Stars of Wrestling (FSW) - Arizona, presented its version of WrestleMania as "Xtreme Measures 2" threw down the gauntlet for professional wrestling in the Southwest and West Coast circuit. Emanating from FSW's Arizona home base at the Phoenix Celebrity Theatre, the crowd was rocking as multiple titles were at stake, including the FSW-AZ Championship and FSW-Las Vegas Championship!

In the main event, Tyson Tyler defeated former WWE Superstar "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn to retain his FSW-AZ Heavyweight Championship after a grueling, hard hitting, and intense match that even saw the wrestlers fight amongst the crowd delivering punishing strikes to one another, even using the unforgiving bar surface at one point to dish out even more damage. It was an odd scene for FSW fans as for the first time, in a very long time, Tyler was not the bigger man in the ring. Gunn looked to have the title in hand after he had Tyler on the ropes landing all of his famous moves including a series of right hands and a big splash into the turnbuckle. Tyler crumbled like a load of bricks and it was then that Tyler's ally Johnny "The Bull" Stamboli ambushed Gunn in the middle of the ring. But Gunn was ready and Stamboli got a Famasser for his troubles and a "Suck It" gesture reminiscent of Gunn's days with D-Generation X. Gunn then went after the Blonde Bombshell who climbed up to the ring apron, but by this time, Tyler had recuperated and hit Gunn with a low blow, befalling Gunn as Tyler rolled Gunn up for the pinfall. The champ needed help from his crew to retain his title, but give the devil his due, he did just that.

In the co-main event, FSW-Las Vegas Champion Alkatrazz defeated challenger Johnny "The Bull" Stamboli in a power versus power matchup. Alkatrazz and Stamboli are two of the toughest, meanest and strongest wrestlers on the Independent scene and when they collided inside the FSW ring the impact made the earth shake. Every move these grapplers executed had bad intentions and both men absorbed tons of punishment that speaks to their toughness in the squared circle. But it wasn't all power moves as Alkatrazz showed he is as nimble as a cruiserweight as he executed a perfect top rope tornado DDT after walking along the top rope a la The Undertaker's Old School move to get in position to deliver the aerial assault. But even that could not put down "The Bull". Stamboli recovered enough to land a spinebuster on Alkatrazz, but the Champ kicked out and came back for more; namely, the Lockdown, which he finished Stamboli off with to retain his title.

In other action, former WWE Superstar X-Pac defeated Brandon Gaston and Sergio Vega in a Triple Threat Match after X-Pac hit the X-Factor off the top rope on Vega and got the 1-2-3.
