Event Description

The east coast's number one MMA promotion showcased some of the area's top amateurs this weekend at the Raritan Expo Center in Edison, NJ. Ring of Combat presented their 10th amateur card and as usual didn't disappoint. There were a total of 14 mixed martial arts bouts that took place on Friday night. An astounding 10 of them were finished by either KO or submission. In a battle for the middleweight championship Michael Fischetti defeated Sidney Outlaw by knockout midway into round 3. Morgan McCourt made short work of Himran Jafferally by submitting him with an armbar just 40 seconds into the irst round. Five of the 10 finishes took place within the first round.
