Event Description
The North American Allied Fight Series (NAAFS) returned on GFL.tv with "Rock N Rumble 6" featuring a 11-bout pro/am card with 6 stoppages and a back and forth main event in the women's 125 lb division at the Jacobs Pavilion in Nautica in Cleveland, Ohio. The Ohio-based NAAFS has been a proving ground for tons of MMA fighters who have made their way to the UFC and Strikeforce. NAAFS continues to promote the Midwest's premier up and coming fighters and "Rock N Rumble 6" further cemented the storied history of NAAFS.

In the main event, Bellator veteran Jessica "Evil" Eye (8-1) defeated Angela Magana (9-5) via unanimous decision in a flyweight showdown. This bout decided who was the dominant female fighter in NAAFS and Eye took that title with an impressive victory against Magana who was on a 2-fight win streak. Eye got the better of the exchanges on the feet and when Magana would try and shoot for a takedown, Eye would sprawl and defend and keep the fight a striking contest where she was at her best. Most of the fight was dictated by Eye and she showed great cage generalship. This makes 5 in a row now for Eye and you have to think, Bellator or Invicta will come calling for Eye's services in the near future.

In the co-main event, in another Pro Series bout, Isaiah Chapman (15-1) defeated Mike Nesto (14-10) via unanimous decision. Chapman mixed up his attack both standing and on the mat to gain the edge but Nesto did a lot in each round too. Nesto opened up a cut on Chapman's face that bled, and also went for a few submission attempts on the ground, but could not secure a finishing hold. Chapman's conditioning played a big part in the bout as well as he was the fresher of the two fighters as the fight moved to the final round where he out struck Nesto and earned the decision.

In other action, in the amateur ranks, Mike Schimek (6-1) defeated Brad Orsbone (4-2) via TKO in round two in the middleweight division. Schimek landed a series of punches that hurt Orsbone as the ref stepped in to call a halt to the bout.

Don't miss "Rock N Rumble 6" presented by NAAFS on video on demand. Watch all the action and witness the champions of tomorrow, live on the GFL Combat Sports Network exclusively on iPPV.
