Event Description
Xtreme Fight Events returned "Cage Wars 15", headlined by a title 145 lb title fight, emanating from the Harrah's Casino in Chester Pennsylvania. "Cage Wars" has quickly solidified itself in Pennsylvania as a top-tier MMA event, and installment 15 only continued the legacy.

In the main event, Dan Cion (4-1) defeated Casey Milliken (3-4) for the vacant Cage Wars Featherweight Title. The first round was an even fight as both Cion and Milliken did damage and were aggressive inside of the cage landing strikes and delivering punishment to their opponent. Round two started with Cion and Milliken again trading punches and then the compact Cion landed an overhand right that caught Milliken flush on the jaw, dropping him to the mat, where the referee called a halt to the bout. It was an action packed fight from start to finish as Cion and Milliken gave the fans their monies worth in the main event.

In the co-main event, Dean Lavin (1-3) pulled out an improbable win as he defeated Jim Dewar (0-2-1) via TKO in round one after Dewar controlled the majority of the fight including having Lavin on the ropes at one point earlier in the round. But give Lavin credit, he hung in there and changed the fight after landing a knee to the solar plexus which changed the tide and the outcome of the fight. The initial knee dropped Dewar and Lavin followed him to the mat where he landed another knee as Dewar covered up.
