Moell made an impressive pro debut as his amateur record was (7-1) with 6 of 7 wins ending in KO or submission. Moell's exciting fighting style has lit the Kentucky territory on fire as his fans' cheers drowned out the entrance music and he impressed them in kind with a spectacular armbar finish against a gritty Sallie who compiled an amateur record leading up to this bout at (7-9).
In the co-main event, it was a battle of former champions as James Morton (1-0) defeated Doug Ballinger (0-3) via unanimous decision in Morton's pro debut in the fight of the night. It was a close fight as Morton won two rounds to one on all three judges' scorecards. Morton came into the fight (7-1) as an amateur and it was a great first pro bout for the up and coming prospect.
In a featured matchup, Evva Johnson (6-1) defeated Heather Bassett (2-2) by triangle choke in round three to retain her AAMMA Flyweight Championship. Johnson proved once again that she is the cream of the crop on Women's MMA in Kentucky and the surrounding regions.
