Event Description
In the Main Event of the evening, Patrick Majewski (21-1) took on veteran Philadelphia fight Jamaal "Da Truth" Davis. This was a fight in which Majewski needed to dominate to prove he was capable ascending to the next level of his career. Davis, on the other hand, was looking to prove he was still capable of winning big fight which is a feat he has failed to accomplish on multiple occasion.

In the 1st round, Davis looked as if the move to 160 was the right one. He was boxing well and was able to continuously counter the bigger Majewski. As the fight continued Davis' ability to counter was less noticeable. Though Davis wasn't completely dominated from pillar to post, Majewski dictated the pace of the fight with his aggression. Davis continued to give 100% but it seemed the size difference played the difference. Davis never seemed to be able to find his groove.

After 10 rounds the judges scored the fight 99-91 x 2 and 98-92 in favor of Patrick Majewski. With this win, Majewski positions himself as a top contender in the middleweight division.

In a mild upset, Buffalo, NY's Lionell "Lonnie B" Thompson, returned from a 3rd destruction at the hands of Sergei Kovalev, to stop hometown favorite Wildwood, NJ's Chuck Mussachio. Thompson seemed to have hurt Mussachio in the 1st round but Mussachio regained composure to finish out the round. Thompson, the aggressor, started to land power shots at will the Mussachio until dropping him late in the 2nd round. Mussachio rose from the knockdown to finish the round. After the round his corner opted to stop the fight to avoid further damage at the hands of Thompson.

With the win, Thompson rebounds from back to back loses to throw his name back in the Light Heavyweight mix. While Mussachio on the other hand has dropped two straight fight by way of stoppage. Mussachio, the full time guidance counselor, addressed his hometown crowd afterwards apologizing and vowing to comeback.

Hartford, CT's Tommy Garcia (3-4) showed an iron chin against undefeated Millville, NJ featherweight prospect Joshua Reyes (4-0). Reyes kept the fight with Garcia on the inside negating Garcia's reach advantage. Garcia had his moments but the younger Reyes land significantly more and harder shots. The judges scored the bout 40-36 & 39-37 x 2 for your winner via unanimous decision Joshua Reyes.

In another classic "Philly vs. Jersey" bout, Philadelphia's Saud (2-1-1) Clark and Cherry Hill, NJ native Anthony Prescott (1-1-1) went to war. This bout was back and forth from start to finish. Angel Garcia trained Clark had the advantage early in the 1st 7 2nd but Prescott came back in the 3rd and dominated the 4th. Both men showed heart and strong chin while exchanging each punch with bad intentions. The judges scored the bout 39-37 Clark, 39-7 Prescott, & 38-38 for a DRAW!

Undefeated Greg Jackson (3-0) display a very sold chin and foot speed against Camden, NJ's Alex Sanchez (2-2). Sanchez, who was the aggressor, landed the more powerful shots and consistently cut of the ring on Jackson. Jackson landed some good just but Sanchez displayed the more aggressive style. The judges scored the fight 38-38 and 39-37 x 2 surprisingly in favor of Philadelphia's Greg Jackson.

In the opening bout of the evening, undefeated Anthony Burgin (3-0) used his reach and power to control the feisty Elvis Rodriguez over the course of 4 rounds. The smaller rodriguez had his moments when he was able to get on the indside unfortuantely for him they were not enough. All 3 judges scored the bout 40-36 in favor of Anthony Burgin.
